Large deck with a hot tub overlooks perennial gardens and the river. Listen to the train winding its way thru the river valley from the screened porch or watch the 4th of July fireworks of Marshall from the terrace. This is one of a kind getaway. The 35 square foot chicken coop and 216 square foot run with corrugated roof is a spacious and predator proof enclosure for up to two dozen chickens.  It includes plenty of nesting boxes, roosts, a 36 square foot sandbox, food, and water stations, to help with preventing behavior issues, boosting flock health, egg production, and keeping the coop clean.
